New to UUCL?  Welcome! We embrace many beliefs, welcome all genders and sexual orientations, and are accessible to people of all abilities.

On your first visit to UUCL, you will be warmly greeted and given an Order of Service, a Welcome Brochure, the latest issue of our newsletter, The Chalice, and a name badge to wear. We encourage everyone to wear name badges to foster a community in which we are all known by name, including children and teens. You may also complete the Visitor Register to receive UUCL announcements about upcoming sermons and activities. You are welcome to sit anywhere in our historic chapel.

Visitors with children: During the early service, children are asked to participate in a special “Story for All Ages.”  After the story, the congregation “sings out the children” as they and their teachers proceed to their Religious Education classes in the church basement. Your children will be invited to join them; you will be asked to complete a short form for their safety. Childcare for those under 3 years is available during each Sunday service unless noted in the preceding week’s Announcements.

After the service, please plan to stay for coffee and fellowship.

As you explore our website and learn about us, feel free to contact us with your questions. We look forward to meeting you and helping you find what you need.

With faith, hope, and love,

Rev. Dan King and the UUCL congregation
