UUCL is led by a board elected from and by the congregation annually. The
board has responsibility and authority for all decisions relating to worship, finances, religious education, and other matters. Certain questions must be put to the membership at large, and in practice most
major issues are resolved through discussion and feedback from all interested members. Much of the work done by the church is delegated to committees established by the board. The board meets once
monthly at the church.
